When you CHGROUP the connect time and cpu seconds you've accumulated
get posted to the current group before you change to the new group.
Internal counters are reset and you accumulate cpu seconds and connect
time for your new current group. When you log off only the accumulated
times for the current group will be posted, not the entire job/session
totals.
A test just typed in also shows if you CHGROUP to your current group
(i.e. not change groups at all) the totals are updated and visable in
the REPORT command.
