Chris,

 Speedware uses CTIME which is affected by the MPE/ix variable TZ.  I use
the SHOWCLOCK command and the SHOWCLKS.PUBXL.TELESUP program  when looking
into clock issues.  There is a good article in the MPE/ix 5.0 Communicator
on the SETCLOCK command.  Your hardware clock should be set to standard time
(GMT) and the offset should be set to correct to your local timezone.  If
the TZ variable is set, Speedware will look at TZ variable and ignore the
MPE offset.
