Thanks everyone for you quick explanations.

I think it might be better if all businesses just moved to Arizona then they
wouldn't have to deal with this.  There are rumors flying in Az  some (not to
be named corp.) that would like to make the Valley of the Sun (Phx. metro area)
the next Silicon Valley.  If so I did build myself a detached garage so 10-15
years from now I can sell my house for a cool million!  (oops I live in az so I
guess that million would be very hot!!)
