I've seen code whose patch history was rather suspicious.  Finally
figured that it was being patched on February 29 to fix the "It's not
March" problem.
 
The next year it was patched on March 1 to fix the "It's not February 29
this year".
 
Three years later....  <<sigh>>
 
After fixing several of these, I think I've finaly found the last "leap
year" bug in the company. However, 96 is less than 300 days away.
