Because I wrote about our problems to the list yesterday, let me waste a
little bit of everyone's bandwidth to write that Qwest emailed me early this
morning and apologized for the problem. The "aics-research.com" domain name
once again no longer requires a "www" in front of it to be properly resolved.

I do very much appreciate their efforts.
