I found Craig's reply a little ambiguous:

REPORT is of course MPE, and will help you figure out where the space IS or 
isn't. Unless you've been accumulating reports, it's up to you to figure the 
appropriateness of those numbers. I've generally found them quite helpful 
when I've needed to do this. Variations of DSTAT can help you see each disk. 
Allegro has a freeware tool to find individual large files. Lund has been 
mentioned. If you have support with Beechglen, their reporting tools should 
help here.
