Problem with receipt of digest

I am having a problem receiving part 2 of the HP3000L digest.

It seems that if the file is greater than 7,000 bytes in length, part 2
is several pages long but is entirely blank.  I have asked COMPUSERVE
support about this, but they do not have any suggestions.

Can you help?
