The openq @ did it. I had been moving files off of
drive 1 to make space for an update from 6.0 to 7.0
today. Some how I guess it either ran out of spooler
space or did a shutq.

I have jobs that are in a "wait" state. The jobfence
is at 2 and the inpri of the jobs are 8.
