Not to seem as though I'm defending the idea of not allowing memory
freezes, but I didn't read Mike P.'s post like this. I read that if a
person or group *does* know everything or most everything executing on a
system, it might not be a bad idea. However, if all applications are
being developed and managed individually, instead of as a whole, then
you most likely will have a problem and MPE will do a better job.
