Looking on jazz under beta patches, check this link
    http://jazz.external.hp.com/src/patches/C6500.htm
It has MPE 6.5 beta patches.
The one you want to see is MPEMXV9A, which appears
to supersede the MPEMXU1B.

You have to go through your HP support to get it.

If could be possible that MPEMXU1B is in the 6.5 pp5.
(but I don't know).
