Likewise the right to own, possess, or bear firearms.  It is common for
repeat offenders who have lost that right to be arrested for a crime while
in possession of a firearm to be charged for the crime but not for illegal
firearms possession.  This is the primary reason why our current gun laws
are inadequate - because they are not enforced.
