Could somebody help me? We purchased this printer 2nd hand with no
manual. It worked on the IBM compatible. We tried hooking it to a
MacIntosh with no luck for reasons I am now aware of. When we tried to
hook it back to the "IBM" it would not switch from Serial I/O to
Parallel I/O. There is no way through the control panel that I have
found to alter the configuration - not "Reseting", not thru the "Menu".
Is there some other key combination that I must use or is there a
battery on the main PCB that if disconnected would cause the printer to
reset to parallel I/O or...?

Thanks,

Ron
