We had a 918 that would not allow an eject.
At first I had to power down/up the machine, and the DDS
would work again -- a few times.

Then it would hang.



Note: its a development box. You may not want to duplicate this!

When it started doing this daily,
I finally opened the front cover panel, and took out the
removable bay screws.

When it happened again, I would go pull the bay,
unplug the DDS power, then plug back in power, and bay.
Then be running again.

I wish these internal devices had an accessible reset button!
