Jim,
Good answer but Safe/3000 is not an option. Monterey Software has decided
to move out of the MPE space :( A better answer might be an enhancement to
GUI3000. This product is pretty good and would seem to be a natural fit.

SAF 3000 will do this and more.

Um... I know someone will correct me on this one, if I don't get it quite
right, but I believe ACD's are basically the same thing as what you do in NT
to give these kind of access rights.... NT just uses a 'sexy' GUI interface
window to do it...
