I'm trying to change from ns/VT to telnet.  When a user tries to logon
over the WAN no prompt comes to the screen but I get a message at the
console of
CAN'T FOPEN $STDLIST IN 'STARTLOGON' ON LDEV #12. (JS 131)
CAN'T CLEANUP SOCKET ON LDEV #12. (JS 89)

connecting locally is ok.

What am I missing.

The user says she can ping the server.
