We are experiencing a weird problem with our modems and I am stumped. Here's
the story....

Two remote offices, both with DTC72's, have modems attached to them and they
are identical to the DTC and modem connection in our other offices. At
night, when a user attempts to dial into the system on these modems, they
answer but no prompt is received. We created a workaround and if a user is
logged on to a session on that DTC it will keep the ports 'awake'. It's as
if the DTC ports go to sleep after a certain time of inactivity.... Is this
possible???

Thanks in advance for any advice, comments, suggestions or ideas......
