Due to a power outage campus-wide, we dropped several servers tonight
around 8:30 PM EDT, among them my mail host and primary DNS server.
List mail should be OK for you since raven seems to be working OK and
our secondary nameserver is also up; but I'm out in the cold to know for
sure.

HP3000-related observation: both of our 3000s survived, one untouched,
the other tripped a breaker but recovered after manually flipping the
switch. We're missing cecasun (Sun Solaris), my router monitor (Mac),
utcvm (IBM VM/ESA), and a Novell server, plus a host of
workstations. The Sun box may have serious problems as it is on the
critical list and subject to 24x7 staff coverage yet it's still not
answering on the network (11:10 EDT, nearly three hours). Hopefully the
list is still operational since raven is alive, but all my handy pop
servers are out so I can't verify that.
