Greetings.

I have a socket program (in COBOL) running in HP3000 for any incoming socket
requests. I can find the socket being used by SOCKINFO.NET.SYS and typing C.

Now, can i find out the amount of buffer (data size) that the socket can
take as input. In other words is there any way to control the data size that
the socket takes as input.

I am encountering a strange issue wherein my socket program was accepting
data size of 5500 earlier and now its not accepting data more than 1500. Has
anyone faced a similar issue.

Any pointers to this would be highly helpful

Thanks for your valuable time and response
-Jay
