Upstairs says they have some money, I say I need memory.

Advice, please, as to how much memory we should have.

System: HP3000 947  currently with  80M.
Applications:
  SPL w/VPLUS(CM) and 'c'(NM) against Image.
  Client/Server: PowerBuilder(read/write) MS-Office(read).
Users: average 40, peaks to 70 around Registration.
