The following is probably a less useful measure, but I was checking
statistics on the Seti@home site, and noticed Team HP3000-L has some rather
old dates in the "Date Last Result Received" column. Of 106 people listed,
only 29 had returned results in March of this year. Of course, some have
more than one account, with old and understandably dormant accounts still
listed. And Seti@home participation doesn't tell much. But (as a nod to one
of the first HP 3000 print ads in a trade rag) it seems that the bubbles
have left our champagne.
