That is one of the many.  I do remember the program Bob was mentioning.  I
even added a few of my own.  One of the quotes I put into the file made my
name well known through out the company.  Even the President knew who I was,
and I had only been there 4 months :)

I believe I did the same, set up a udc to provide a quote for the day.

I believe they were called Cookies, and I think they were provide by
Robelle.

Not sure about the Robelle part.

This appeared in an old program I loaded from the CSL at a previous site
about 10 years ago.  It would come up with a different "law" each day.
The one quoted below would appear on April 1st.  I had it as part of the
logonudc to greet our users, after a year it began to repeat.  I can't
recall the name of the program and we don't have the CSL at this site.
I thought I had extracted the laws to a text file but I can't find that
either.  Oh well, probably just as well.
