Reflection will send a command (RUN PCLINK2.PUB.SYS).  This command is not
being run.  If you change
  echo ![chr(27)]&oH
to
  echo ![chr(27)]&oH
  RUN PCLINK2.PUB.SYS

It will work, although if the user cancels the transfer, the program will
still run, which is a problem.  I hope this points you in the right
direction.
