I should have explained this problem with more detail. We are testing
Timefinder from EMC to mirror a volume set from one machine to another. The
first night it ran everything worked, the second night we had this problem
occur (on the remote site).
I've talked with EMC and they think there might not have been enough time
between the 'establish' and the 'split' to allow all the files to be copied
over. EMC is digging deeper to verify this and I'm looking at jobs from the
offending night.
At any rate, we won't use Fcheck at this point because all the files 'go
away' every time we do an establish/split. This is handled by the EMC
software.

Larry,

File label is corrupted. Use FSCHECK to get more details...

You also may need to use FSCHECK to delete the file....

when I do a listf,2 on a set of files I get the following: (I've seen this
in the past, very distant past mind you) Can anyone remind me what this is
and why it happens?

LISTF @.pub.acct,2
Bad UFID for the file /ACCT/PUB/filename (CIWARN 9165)

Thanks for your help
