More to the point, I doubt HP would even dram of committing to a 64-bit MPE
(as they recently did) unless they saw long-term profitability for the
system.

Personal note to Greg:  Sound like JO, CH or one of their demons is
spilling FUD.  Ask them if HP has given them a product plan for HP-UX that
extends more than five years.
