You can find guidelines at the FTP site, interex.org.  For the email address, send
your submission to Connie Wright, [log in to unmask]  I know she is always looking
for new articles on the HP 3000 and the clients connecting to it.
 
If you are an Interex mamber, you should be getting issues shortly after the first
of the month, the next issue should be arriving in a week or so.
