   We are examining the migration option like everyone else.  Our staff of
ten developers supports 2 manufacturing/distribution companies.  We see an
advantage to migrating earlier than later -  to avoid a lengthy 'limbo'
state during which the investment in our developers is under-utilized.

    For those of you out there with development staffs, please share your
thoughts regarding the pros/cons of aggressively moving forward with
migration.
