Invalid file Label when using Symbolic Link

I just discovered a problem on with symbolic links on MPEX/ix 6.0. I have
reported this problem to the response center. After performing the following
steps:
  BUILD A
  NEWLINK LINKA;TO=A
  PURGE LINKA  (Note this purges A not LINKA)
  BUILD B
  COPY B, ./LINKA
A new file A is created in the MPE namespace, but the file does not contain
the file name in the file label. If you try to do CALC FINFO('A',1) you
receive the error: An error occurred while accessing the file for FINFO.
(CIERR 9984).
If instead of COPY B, ./LINKA you do COPY B, LINKA then everything is o.k.
