Hi all you GNU porters out there.....

It's time (well, a few years past time actually) to make config.guess and
config.sub recognize MPE.

I know we've all implemented our own patches to these scripts (again and
again).  Please send me your diffs and I'll do a formal submit back to the
autoconf maintainer.
