I'd start by checking the date/time in listf,3 to see if the startup
process is even opening the file.

Hi -L Gang,
I have an odd one, for me at least. We have a system that has been
brought
in from one of our remote sites after they consolidated onto a local
box.
After getting the hardware and such setup, I have an issue where the
SYSSTART.PUB.SYS file is not being executed automatically at startup.
I can execute it manually after with no problem. I have modified the
file
so it lives on ldev 1, and verified its syntax. But still to no avail.
I could find nothing on the HP site, nor in the archives that addresses
this.
TIA,
Dan
