I tend to agree with Howard.  Greed has replaced patriotism in this 
country, and it's not good.  I heard excerpts from a book, "Take This Job 
and Ship It", written (I believe) by a U.S. Senator from North Dakota, that 
sounds like an interesting read.  He writes about how we've weakened our 
country by over-focusing on corporate profits.  It may be time to start 
developing a Value Add Tax in this country which, in essence, requires 
anyone doing business in our country to pay a tax to do so on every 
transaction.  Then, you can have your corporate headquarters and 
manufacturing facilities where ever you'd like, but you have to support the 
markets where you do business.  Income taxes, especially at the corporate 
level, may be obsolete as a revenue generator.
