  I have seen something extremely close to that:

system abort 1458 from subsytem 102, secondary info -31, subsys 107.

That's the crash I got while trying to create the perl/Image unit and the
reason I've taken such a long break from the project.  I don't have a loaner
machine that I can afford to crash on a regular basis.  Don't know if it
helps any, but I wasn't (so far as I know) calling fork() and I wasn't in
priv mode.  Never got much excitement from the RC for being able to kill MPE
in user mode.  Probably went at it wrong.  Anywho.

All of the above may be completely useless, but if it is any help, you are
welcome to it and to whatever more information I can provide.
