You can clean them out with NETTOOL.NET.SYS; the NAMEADDR option, then
my memory gets fuzzy (MAPPING?), but it's somewhere in there.  Sorry
so vague, just not in a handy position to get to my 3K.

PS - when changing IPs, all sorts of arp caches need to be cleared,
including router caches.
