The only places that are protected are the airports. Everything else is
wide open (see Mexico). We are more vulnerable than ever before.

Friends and donors got richer and richer. Money was wasted like never
before. The deficit is the highest ever and the rich get tax-cuts.
Who will pay for the profit of Bush's friends?
Our children or grand-children.
And about defending the country being so patriotic.
They all were a bunch of cowards back then. Now they attack those who say
the truth and question Bush's "leadership" or the lack of it.
At the end of his term, if he isn't in prison, they'll all want the Medal
of Honor or at least a Silver Star.

Of course no Liberal Democrat friends ever got rich for having their
buddies in office? As far as 'rich', my taxes went down, and I am not
'rich' I do pretty good, so it depends upon how you define 'rich'.
How much money does someone need to have to be 'rich'?
The theory is, the tax cuts have actually increased tax revenue. This
was shown during the Reagan years, and we all know how well John Kerry
liked the Reagan years. GW senior called this 'voodoo economics' but
it worked.
Prison? If the previous president does not go to prison, why would the
current one? Can you say 'Vince Foster'? Fine, send him to jail, but
then Bill Clinton can go there first, and Ted Kennedy. Michael, when
you point the finger at GWB and ignore the opposition, it comes off as
partisan politics. Meaning enforce the laws vigorously on the opposition.
I do not think I would support any medals for GWB administration, but at
least they are not catering to the enemies of this country.
