Any conversion adapter (if it were available) would cost you a small
fortune. Why not reterminate the the cable with a RJ-45 plug at about
$AUS0.70 per plug you will have enough change to buy yourself a Guiness or 2.

I am looking to buy a DTC in the near future. Our 927LX at the Ulster
Museum is moving to another building so we need a DTC to 'leave
behind' in our current computer room.
The problem is that we have been quoted by HP for a 16 port DTC with
RJ-45 connectors. Our existing lines have 3-pin ATP connectors. Does
anyone know whether there are any leads out there which could connect
one to the other?

Thanks in advance, and thanks again to all those who replied to my
modem query.
