Whether or not termination power is being supplied by a particular device
has nothing to do with whether or not the bus is properly terminated. Most
devices can supply term power, and you should generally configure any device
that can provide term power to do so. Termination rules remain the same:
whatever is at each end of the bus is terminated, nothing else can be.
