Jodok,

The 2627 is about as old as the 2645 - many many years old. It probably
costs more on your support contract than its worth.

As for terminal emulation - if WRQ dosen't emulate it, then not many
people must need this emulation, as they do it all. I can't think of anyone
else, other than *possibly* Minisoft that might have it - and that's a
stretch.

Subject: Who can tell me: what is a HP 2627A Terminal?

I should replace an old terminal emulation running under
DOS. The reason is, we want to upgrade to Windows NT.

The old terminal emulation is a Reflection 7 from WRQ, emulating
a HP 2627A or HP 2623A graphics terminal.

From WRQ I got the message, there is no terminal emulation
available for these terminals, which runs under WIndows NT.

Is there another company offering terminal emulations for these
HP graphics terminals? What are these terminals, anyway?
Is there a compatibility to another terminal class?
Are these terminal supported by HP at all?
How old is this terminal type?

I would appreciate any information in this direction.

Thanks, Danke schvn, und Servus
