This is a project that I'm working on at this moment... and I have hit one
stumbling block... well two. I've been trying to get a support quote and
cost of upgrading our existing tools from HP and have been unable to get a
call back. I need these numbers so I can go to the management team for
money.

The second is that I've got a software vendor, that if I don't buy hardware
from them they are charging an additional $15,000 for the software upgrade.
It still looks like it will be cheaper to buy used (but current) hardware
the put up with this nonsense. The president of said company wasn't about to
budge on this, it's part of their "revenue model".

Sorry for the venting....
