Todd and list:

I sincerely apologize for the "shut your trap" statement in my initial
e-mail. Todd, please accept my apology. I meant everything I said in the
e-mail, but I didn't mean to make it emotional (I actually thought I had
removed that line from my original rough draft).

Please understand it has been a difficult uphill battle trying to divorce
myself and BlueLine Services from the Hardwarehouse and/or Abtech fray. I
too have been in this business for over nine years and made many fantastic
relationships. And for a handful of people to say that I work with
Hardwarehouse or the brothers, jeopardizes my career and my reputation I have
worked so hard to protect. So I hope you can understand my emotional
response.

Again, BlueLine has NOTHING TO DO WITH Hardwarehouse. Let us let this thread
die. And please feel free to contact me on or off line to discuss any
concerns you may have about doing business with the broker market. I think I
can help put your fears to rest. Thanks for reading.
