1. I was able to add a new 7925 to the system volume set and get a good bit more space. You can store the files to tape and rebuild the whole system on a group of 7925's and build a decently sized system.

2. You can't run view applications from the console but, you can use reflection and telnet to port 1054 - changeable in the mpe-autosim file, and they run fine in that terminal. I was able to connect multiple terminals from reflection at the same time.

3. Don't put in a welcome message. If you do and log on again it will hang the system. Seems like a loop, keeps sending lines to the console. Rebooting won't help, you have to restore the system disc from the original.



I have to resurrect my old tapes and see what I can put on. So far it's been fun trying to remember all of the old ways of doing things.
