BOOTP is available on 5.5, and I thought it might have been in the NetBSD
stuff on jazz, but jazz is down at the moment and I can't verify that.
BOOTP sets the IP address, default gateway, and some other essentials.
I don't know that it can set the options originally requested (tcp timers
tweaking). You can configure the JetDirect-EX box for everything *but*
tcp/ip access with the JetAdmin thing; it requires either bootp or the
new firmware [or is it actually new hardware? There was an "upgrade"
program not long ago to "trade in" your old one for a new, telnet-abled
one].
