I have an officejet 1175C all in one unit at home and I have been having
some trouble with the black ink cartridge.  It basically prints with these
'white streaks' and repeated cleaning AND replacement with a brand new
cartridge does not resolve the problem.

Has anyone encountered the same situation?  What steps resulted in a
successful resolution?
