The real issue was, PATCHIX was referring to some files without complete
path assuming '!HPGROUP,PUB,PUB.SYS' entry always exist in HPPATH. If
HPPATH is modified by 3rd Party software by removing the above entry,
then patchix will exit in between without completion.

An SR 4701-403683 specifing the above problem has been filed against
PATCHIX.  Fix for this SR will be available in the next release of
PATCHIX.
