I'd support this wholeheartedly, as well as other activities such as that
which is going on with Samba, Apache and other "free" ports, if HP
includes them in FOS.  I love the idea of the FREEWARE group on the FOS
tape.

There are a number of ways to get new functionality into MPE - and HP
cannot be "all things to all people" --- no one company can and to expect
HP to "be all things" is unreasonable.
