It looks like they're following in the tradition of the old HP LaserROM
documentation CD, which listed manuals in the same way.

It's sometimes difficult to find a lot of manuals.  The list is simply
organized alphabetically by title.  Sometimes the title of the manual
begins with the product name (e.g., ALLBASE), sometimes they begin with HP,
sometimes with MPE, and you just have to scan the entire list to find
something (try finding the V/PLUS manual, for example.)

It would be very helpful if whoever is responsible for that web page would
organize the list of manuals around product and/or topic.  It would make it
much easier to find things.
