At least IBM advertises their non-PC mainframes.

The VMS community feels the same way. DEC, then Compaq, have refused to
market a product line that brings in $4 billion per year of high-margin
revenue.

Where is the marketing money going ?  To Wintel Cartel boxes where margins
are almost zero !!
