Well maybe you personally removed them, but somebody apparently
*personally* put them back. I see references to it in both 2.4 and
2.5 of the Vesoft manual. Yes, the procedure exits will allow a
change of the syntax of the hello command, actually eliminating
the need for hello if you wish. The PE's will work on iX 4.0 or
later.
