Actually on a recent large project at go-live time we did discover some
SSH connection issues. It had us digging franticly for a couple of days
as we thought we had a problem with the ScreenJet EZV VPLUS emulation
software on HP-UX.

However it turned out to be packet loss. When any HP terminal emulator
transmits a block mode screen on enter the initial data block can be
quite large and it appears that this can over run SSH buffers on some
routings and the block gets chopped.

The solution was to add "stty hupcl ixon ixoff" to the user profiles and
the problem went away.

As I said it was some ssh routing paths where the problem appeared but
not all.
