I won't comment on the latest wonderful quarterly results.... let alone
the old-time customers now forced to find migration/conversion money in
today's very tight-belted economic climate.
But in fact, and especially in today's climate: a vendor IS in the
business of HELPING their customers make money. If the customer is
profitable, and recognizes the contribution their vendors make toward
assisting in the bottom line, it's far more likely that the mutual regard
and loyalty will prove beneficial to both of their respective bottom lines.
This is not unlike the difference between a symbiotic and a parasitic
relationship. I'm very supportive of the beneficial flora that help my
horses thrive, but I use a LOT of Ivermectin.
