No, it just means that the most liberal (read socialist
in this context) in political philosophy, turn out to
be some of the most capitalist when it comes to doing
business.

For example, I have a relative (in-law) who's a die-hard
commie from the get-go, Lenin and Castro are his heroes.
However, he's the toughest businessman where he
works when it comes to Accounts Receivable, Inventory
Control, Accounts Payable, and Sales.  He's viewed by
his relatives as "always out to make a buck."
