Speaking of the Devil.

I've noticed this problem with the Empire machine we've put on the
Internet.  I did some TELLs with a player who had to log on every 5
minutes or so and left a ghost session every time.  He did TELLOP me that
he was using TELNET and not VT-MGR.

Would getting this patch solve the problem?
